A very special WGA presentation, re-creating events and happenings that were realized in the 60s and 70s. This exciting arts agenda will transform the block between North 4th and North 5th into an interactive arena, filled with creative interventions of the public space. The block will be populated with installations, music acts, gallery booths, and educational resources that will highlight some of the most engaging players in the Brooklyn arts scene. Special thanks to Creative Thrift Shop.

New York folk-pop singer/songwriter Tamara Hey will perform an acoustic set. "Tamara's songs are infused with typical New Yorker sarcasm and pure pop influences.  She is an impressive and thoughtful creator, a songwriter’s songwriter, and one of the best in NYC.  Refreshingly, Tamara Hey brings lighthearted optimism to a singer/songwriter genre often skewed toward the brooding and depressive." Listen at www.myspace.com/tamarahey.

An Indigo Dye workshop will be hosted by the unique craft-making and supply boutique Spacecraft.

Wheel-throwing pottery demonstrations and instruction by local design showroom and ceramic studio Choplet.
